    If the paper has multiple authors, registration is required by only one of the authors, the Referral Author, who will be the contact person for the proposed paper.

    OTHER AUTHORS SHALL NOT REGISTER.

    Any co-author of an article can attend the conference regardless of whether he or she is the Referral Author or not.
